The Everest Family Trek is one of the best family trekking holidays in Nepal. The trek continues along well-made trails which are perfect for all family members including children and older citizens. The Everest Region is home to many of the tallest mountain peaks on the planet including the Mt. Everest (8848m). Moreover, the Khumbu is also the home of the ethnic Sherpa people of Nepal, renowned all over the world for their legendary status as amazing mountain climbers. As such, the Everest Family Trek is filled with the region’s best hallmarks, suitably encompassed in a trekking journey fit for the whole family.
The Everest Family Trek is a beautiful adventure that takes trekkers to Khumbu’s prominent destinations, like Namche Bazaar, Monjo, Tengboche, Phakding and Lukla among others. It presents the entire family with the chance to witness panoramic views of the Everest peaks without going to extreme lengths to view them. Instead, the trek presents an easy way to enjoy Khumbu’s best hallmarks in a short amount of time.
Throughout the journey, trekkers can enjoy the ethnic Sherpa culture of the region that manifests in the many Chortens, Gumbas, and monasteries scattered throughout. As trekkers follow the path into the Dudh Koshi River valley, they will come across amazing natural surroundings with alpine woodlands laden with prayer flags swaying gently against the Himalayan winds. The contrast of the verdant landscape of the Sagarmatha National Park against the ivory peaks of Everest presents quite a picturesque canvas for the trekkers. It is truly a beautiful adventure in every sense of the word.
Look no further than the Everest Family Trek for your next family vacation! We offer experienced guides, porters, and Sherpas. You can also make additional requests so that every member of your family can complete the trip safely and easily. You can also make additional requests to rent horses to ease the trip, especially for children. The trek can be challenging for children and babies.
