Travel insurance is strongly advised for all Trekking, Peak Climbing, Expedition Tours (visitors) Members. It should provide cover against theft, personal accident, personal liability, medical expenses, repatriation, rescue (including helicopter rescue). The Trekking, Peak Climbing, Expedition Tours organizers shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur, including, but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle or any other form of conveyance, the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying an expedition member, acts of god, detention, delays of expenses arising from quarantine, strike, theft, force major, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, accident by aircraft, boat, motor vehicle or any other from for transport, or in any hotel, guest house, pension or any other form of accommodation.
The visitors member understands that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of illness in remote places without medical facilities and the forces of nature. The Trekking, Peak Climbing, Expedition Tours organizers shall not be held responsible for personal injury, death, illness or the delay of the visit Trekking, Peak Climbing, Expedition Tours member or any subsequent loss or damages to the visitors member during the course of the trip, howsoever caused, whether occurring in the country of the itinerary or elsewhere. The Trekking, Peak Climbing, Expedition Tours organizers reserve the right to cancel the visit before departure. In such case, full refund of all payments will construe full settlement with the visitor’s member. The visitors agree to accept the authority of the group leader or authorized guide. Visitor members detained as the group leader or guide may exclude the result of infringement of any law or regulation of any country from the Trekking, Peak Climbing, and Expedition Tours without any right to refund or any other claim.
NEPAL VISAS: – Clients are responsible for the own visa and this should be valid for the duration of the entire trip.
PHOTOGRAPHS:- Two passport photographs are required for your trekking permit in Kathmandu.
CANCELLATION POLICY: – Deposit to be paid at least 2 months before the departure date 30% of the deposit is refundable up to 3 week before the start of the trip, which is also the date by which the remainder of the money must be paid in full. Thereafter no money is to be refunded except on cancellation of the trip by Alpine Adventure Team Pvt. Ltd, in which case repayment will be made in full.
MODE OF PAYMENT: – Bank Wire Transfer and 30% deposit to be made at least 2 months before arrival in Kathmandu.
Please intimate to us with your bank receipt after the transfer of payment to our account. We regret to inform you that we do not accept personal chepues due to complicated bank procedural delays.
TRIP RESERVATION REQUEST: – A reservation request must be made in writing in the following manner. Clients are responsible for all inoculations and medicines; professional advice must be sought from the client’s GP before departure. Anybody suffering from any medical condition must inform Alpine Adventure Team Pvt. Ltd before making a booking.
